In short
An official document issued by the U.S. government proving that an individual has become a U.S. citizen through the naturalization process. This is accepted proof of citizenship for SBA loan eligibility.
If you are a naturalized U.S. citizen, your lender will ask for a copy of your Certificate of Naturalization as proof of citizenship. This document, along with a valid photo ID, satisfies the SBA's citizenship requirements for borrowers. Make sure you have it readily available.
