In short
This is the collective fund of SBA Guaranty portions from many 7(a) loans, which are sold on the secondary market to investors.
The SBA Guaranty on your loan is pooled with others and sold to investors to provide liquidity for lenders. This Secondary market activity allows lenders to make more loans. Your Upfront guaranty fee contributes to this system.
